With our Autumn Squash Soup as a delightful sauce, this tasty flatbread pizza – with brussels sprouts, onions and more fresh squash atop – promises to be a seasonal favorite.

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Toss butternut squash, onions and brussels sprouts in oil and spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast for 18-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and light brown around the edges.
  3. Place flatbread on sheet pan. Spread Autumn Squash soup evenly over the flatbread, sprinkle with mozzarella and goat cheese and top with roasted vegetables. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp on the bottom.
  4. Drizzle flatbread with balsamic glaze.
