Steak Sandwich with Corn Salsa

This sandwich is as colorful as it is delicious, with thinly sliced sirloin and a fresh corn salsa, topped with avocado and cilantro.


  1. Cut baguette lengthwise and lightly toast.
  2. Spread dressing on both halves of baguette. Layer with sliced sirloin.
  3. In small bowl, combine corn and salsa. Spread over sirloin. Top with diced avocados and cilantro, if desired, and top half of baguette. Slice into 3 sandwiches.
