Autumn Squash Flatbread Pizza

With our Autumn Squash Soup as a delightful sauce, this tasty flatbread pizza – with brussels sprouts, onions and more fresh squash atop – promises to be a seasonal favorite.
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Toss butternut squash, onions and brussels sprouts in oil and spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast for 18-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and light brown around the edges.
- Place flatbread on sheet pan. Spread Autumn Squash soup evenly over the flatbread, sprinkle with mozzarella and goat cheese and top with roasted vegetables. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp on the bottom.
- Drizzle flatbread with balsamic glaze.
