Maple Coffee Glazed Bacon

Even though you’ll want every last drop of our coffee, save a few sips. Crispy bacon glazed with our Dark Roast Coffee and maple syrup is sure to awaken your senses and add excitement to your Sunday brunch.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and lay bacon slices in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, combine syrup, sugar and brewed coffee. Stir until sugar has mostly dissolved.
- Brush half the mixture on the bacon and bake for 10 minutes. Carefully flip over each piece and brush with the remaining glaze. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cooked to desired crispness. Turn oven to broil and cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan.
