Kale and quinoa are two great superfoods, and tossed with our tangy Fuji Apple Dressing make for an amazing and nutritious salad that’s loaded with texture and flavor. 

Steps

  1. In small sauce pan, cook quinoa according to directions.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine dressing and apples. Add quinoa, kale, walnuts, and onions. Gently toss.
