Broccoli Cheddar Flatbread Pizza
Main Dish, Crowd Pleasers, American
Love Broccoli Cheddar? Our chefs have come up with a new, creative and delicious way to enjoy this iconic, velvety-cheesy soup. This flatbread recipe really has it all.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss broccoli florets and onion in oil and spread in a single layer on half of a sheet pan. On the other half of the sheet pan, arrange the 4 strips of bacon so they are not touching each other or the vegetables. Roast for 18-20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the bacon is crisp.
- Increase oven temperature to 450°F. When bacon is cool enough to handle, crumble into bite sized pieces. Drain any bacon fat from sheet pan and wipe clean with a paper towel.
- Place flatbread on sheet pan. Spread Broccoli Cheddar Soup evenly over the flatbread, sprinkle with mozzarella, roasted broccoli and onion mixture and crumbled bacon. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp on the bottom.
