Bacon, Corn and Cheddar Strata

This hearty strata features our signature artisan Asiago Cheese Bread, making it the centerpiece of your weekend breakfast or brunch.


  1. Butter an 8" x 8" baking dish. Combine bread, corn, tomatoes, bacon, cheese, and basil in a large bowl. Toss to combine and arrange in the buttered baking dish. In same bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bread mixture.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours. When ready to bake, remove the plastic wrap, heat oven to 350°F and bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes until strata is puffed and golden brown.

  • This recipe comes out best when soaked overnight, but can be baked after 1 hour.
  • Bread that is starting to dry out and become stale works best in this recipe because it will soak up the egg mixture better.
