Refreshing, summery Mediterranean flavors that are perfect with pita, pretzels or peppers, and any veggie dipper will do too. You’re 15 minutes away from a party pleaser.


  1. Grate cucumber on large side of box grater. Place in strainer and allow to sit for 10 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, dressing, lemon juice and zest, mint and grated cucumber. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh veggies and pita chips.
