Hummus gets the Panera touch with this fabulously easy recipe featuring our flavorful Autumn Squash Soup blended with Moroccan spice and chickpeas.

Steps

  1. Add Autumn Squash Soup, chickpeas and Ras el Hanout to a food processor. Blend until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure a smooth hummus.
  2. Place into a serving bowl and drizzle the top with olive oil, sprinkle with additional Ras el Hanout and parsley.
