This sandwich is as colorful as it is delicious, with our fully cooked Seared Sirloin and a fresh corn salsa, topped with avocado and cilantro.
- Cut baguette lengthwise and lightly toast.
- Spread dressing on both halves of baguette. Layer with sirloin slices.
- In small bowl, combine corn and salsa. Spread over sirloin. Top with diced avocados and cilantro, if desired, and top half of baguette. Slice into 3 sandwiches.
