Greek Panzanella

This savory spin on traditional Tuscan bread and tomato salad is even better with our French Baguette and zesty Greek Dressing. 


  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Cut French Baguette into 1" cubes.
  2. Place cubed French Baguette on sheet pan and toast in preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. In large bowl, toss chickpeas, olives, onion and Greek Dressing. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and toasted bread. Toss to combine.
