Southwest Chorizo Mac & Cheese

Who doesn’t love creamy, rich mac & cheese? We’ve taken our fan favorite and combined it with chorizo sausage and other southwestern ingredients for a spicy take on an iconic American dish.
- In medium skillet, cook chorizo for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat. Add red bell pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add black beans, corn, and jalapenos. Cook for 1 minute or until heated through.
- Add mac & cheese and toss to combine. Simmer for 2 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
