Spanish chorizo and sautéed leeks add bold flavor and texture to our creamy New England Clam Chowder for a new take on a perennial favorite.
- Sauté leeks in oil over medium heat until softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan and add chorizo. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- In saucepan, combine chowder with beans, leeks, chorizo, and thyme.
- Heat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
