Bacon & Blue Cheese Potato Salad

Bacon and the hand-crafted blue cheese crumbles featured in our dressing deliver a creamy-delicious potato salad unlike any other.
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add salt to water and boil potatoes 20 - 25 minutes until tender. Drain potatoes and set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, blue cheese dressing and half the bacon, half of the blue cheese and half of the chives.
- When potatoes have cooled, add dressing and toss gently until evenly combined. Garnish with remaining bacon, blue cheese and chives. Refrigerate until serving.
