Warm Steak & Spinach Salad

There’s something so satisfying about a bed of leafy greens topped with juicy sirloin. The warm dressing, made with our Balsamic Vinaigrette , "wilts" the spinach just a little, making it deliciously sweeter.
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes, without stirring. Add sirloin slices and cook 1-2 minutes. Place spinach in large serving bowl and top with steak mixture.
- Return pan to burner over low heat. Add dressing and heat for 45-60 seconds. Pour over salad and gently toss. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
