Cheesy Scallion Cornbread

Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar and mix until well-combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, eggs, milk, and butter and add to the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix gently until there are no visible dry spots.
- Fold in cheese crisps and scallions.
- Spread batter into a greased 9-inch cast iron pan or a 9” x 13” baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
