Turkey Artichoke Panini

Sautéed onions, roasted red peppers over Roasted Turkey make this flavorful panini a tasty choice, pressed in our toasted French Baguette. 


  1. Heat panini press or oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then onions, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turkey slices and cook 1-2 minutes to warm through.
  3. Cut baguette lengthwise into top and bottom halves. Spread each with dip. On bottom half, layer turkey and onions, peppers, spinach, and top half. Slice into 3 sandwiches.
  4. Toast in panini press or warm in oven, 3-5 minutes.
