Turkey Artichoke Panini
Sautéed onions, roasted red peppers over Roasted Turkey make this flavorful panini a tasty choice, pressed in our toasted French Baguette.
- Heat panini press or oven to 375°F.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then onions, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add turkey slices and cook 1-2 minutes to warm through.
- Cut baguette lengthwise into top and bottom halves. Spread each with dip. On bottom half, layer turkey and onions, peppers, spinach, and top half. Slice into 3 sandwiches.
- Toast in panini press or warm in oven, 3-5 minutes.
