Turkey Apple and Brie Panini
The winning combination of melting brie, sliced apple, and caramelized onions, layered over delicious Roasted Turkey, is even better pressed between slices of Panera Multi-Grain Sliced Bread.
- In skillet, heat oil over low heat. Add onion and cook to caramelize until golden brown, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- Heat a panini press or reheat skillet over medium heat. Layer turkey, brie, apple, and onions on two slices of bread and top with remaining slices.
- Toast in panini press for 3-4 minutes or skillet for 2 minutes per side. Add arugula to finish the sandwiches.
