When you come home to a chorus of “what’s for dinner?” these cheesy pan-toasted quesadillas—with our fully cooked Roasted Turkey —are a quick and satisfying solution.
- Toss turkey with cumin and garlic powder.
- Layer over half of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese and cilantro, if desired. Fold over other half to cover.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1-2 tsp. oil. Cook quesadillas until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
