Turkey Quesadillas

When you come home to a chorus of “what’s for dinner?” these cheesy pan-toasted quesadillas—with our fully cooked Roasted Turkey —are a quick and satisfying solution. 


  1. Toss turkey with cumin and garlic powder. 
  2. Layer over half of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese and cilantro, if desired. Fold over other half to cover. 
  3. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1-2 tsp. oil. Cook quesadillas until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
