Tangerine Ginger Chicken

If you like Asian inspired food then this dish is for you. Fresh ginger and soy sauce combined with a touch of red pepper give this meal an authentic taste, perfect for a family dinner or special guests.
Steps
- In small bowl, combine dressing, ginger and red pepper. Set aside.
- Over medium heat, saute chicken for 3-5 minutes, flip and cook additional 3 minutes. Add dressing mixture, stir and continue to cook until chicken is cooked through.
- In small bowl, combine cornstarch and soy sauce until completely dissolved. Add to pan, stirring to incorporate and remove from heat once sauce has thickened.

- If desired, add broccoli or other vegetables.
