- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet on medium. Add oil, pepper and onion and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon onto large platter and keep warm.
- In medium bowl, toss steak with cumin and chili powder. Add to hot skillet and cook 2 minutes on medium-high. Arrange on platter with vegetables. Serve with tortillas and favorite garnishes.
