Steak & Tortellini Skillet

This delicious skillet is a snap to make, especially when you start with fully cooked Seared Sirloin. The savory blend of sautéed vegetables over tortellini makes this a big-time family favorite. 


  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and spoon into large serving dish.
  2. Meanwhile, heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Warm olive oil, then add mushrooms and cook, without stirring, until mushrooms begin to sear around edges, about 2 minutes. Add garlic, sirloin, and natural juices, and cook 30 to 45 seconds. Add tomatoes and red peppers (if desired). Heat 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  3. Spoon steak mixture over tortellini and garnish with basil and Parmesan (if desired).
