Main Dish, Asian, Calorie Conscious, Sodium Conscious

There’s nothing like a good Asian stir-fry for its pan-tossed flavor. Fresh orange juice and a dash of Thai Chili Lime Vinaigrette give this mouthwatering dish a zesty citrus finish.

  1. Cook broccoli.
  2. Meanwhile in small bowl, mix water and corn starch until fully blended. Add vinaigrette, soy sauce, sugar and juice of one orange. Set aside
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high. Add sirloin, carrots if desired, and orange zest. Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring often. Add vinaigrette mixture and cook until sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes. Add broccoli and lightly toss together

Or, Try This

  • Microwave fresh broccoli florets in ½ cup water in a covered bowl for 2 minutes on high, or until florets are bright green and fork-tender.
