Grilling isn’t just for weekends anymore. With fully cooked Seared Sirloin, these delicious skewers finish in minutes on the grill. Serve with our simple Greek yogurt sauce for a refreshing tang of Mediterranean flavor.
- Heat grill to medium-high, about 400°F, or heat large, lightly oiled grill pan on stovetop.
- In small bowl, combine dressing and yogurt, and set aside.
- Separate sirloin slices, then fold or roll them and slide onto skewers with tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. In small bowl, combine oregano and cinnamon, then sprinkle over skewers. Grill skewers 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with sauce.
