However you pronounce it, this tasty combination of egg-lemon sauce, leek and our Lemon, Chicken and Orzo is truly delicious.
- In saucepan, sauté leeks in oil for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
- Add soup and simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. In small bowl, combine lemon juice and egg until smooth. Slowly ladle about 1/2 cup of hot soup into lemon/egg mixture, whisking constantly.
- Add warmed egg mixture back into simmering soup and heat for additional minute, stirring occasionally.
