Make your own croutons
Cut bread into cubes, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper, and scatter on a baking sheet. Bake at 300°F until golden brown (about 10 minutes). Croutons made from our artisan Multi-Grain, Semolina, or Sourdough bread make wonderful toppings for salads, like a tasty Mediterranean Chop Salad. Also great on soups, like our delicious Creamy Parmesan Chicken & Orzo Soup.
Crostini are a fun way to turn day-old baguette slices into crispy appetizers. Then add a few simple ingredients to make delicious Turkey Artichoke Crostini or Sirloin & Gorgonzola Crostini.
